At Kübe, we’ve directed our focus towards the hybrid model of work – the modern solution that goes hand-in-hand with the path of the future of work.

The hybrid model is becoming increasingly popular in the business world, and for good reason. It allows businesses to take advantage of the best of both worlds – the flexibility and agility of the digital world, while still being able to rely on physical products and brick-and-mortar locations.

To keep up with this new reality, we’ve carefully designed Kübe around the concept of flexibility, supporting work-life balance in our community. Our workspaces are built to increase productivity, bring the community together, and allow for rotation – we have solutions with usage of only 2 or 3 times a week, creating this rotation between teams and assisting them in the implementation of the hybrid model.
